After 150 years, six generations of Luteijns focused solely on agricultural farming. The current operators Pim and Ann Luteijn have developed a second business in the form of luxury holiday residences. 

Ann, Pim and their children welcome you to a charming, quiet farm, fitted with all modern appliances and is located in the sunniest part of The Netherlands, Zuidzande.

The Farm "Hof 't Suytsant" and "Groot hof ter Zand" in Zuidzande are the ideal location for business concerns/team building. Businesses such as Esprit, Nestlé and Stokvis have all enjoyed a prolonged stay here. "Groot Hof ter Zand" is also the ideal setting to get married and gives the opportunity to have the ceremony in your own style.

For vacationers Cadzand-Bad is only 5 kms away, with the most beautiful (and cleanest) beaches of The Netherlands, which are also well-known for the fossil shark-teeth.

Here is plenty of quiet and space for recreation and to enjoy the wide beaches, dunes and the rippling water of the North Sea. Cycling and hiking tours lead you along orchards and dunes or polder-dikes with pollard-willows. 

Hof 't Suytsant is open all year round. Through the seasons "Hof 't Suytsant" has much to offer. In Summer the yellow ears of corn bend for the guests. Autumn shows its colours with pomp and splendour and cloudbanks form a living picture. Winter conjures a fairytale out of the landscape and in Spring new life buds in the field and the pear-trees blossom in the orchards around the farm.

At a short distance the Belgian historical towns of Bruges and Gent, as well as the fashionable city of Knokke are situated. While on a wonderful holiday, here you can dream away in the cottages, overlooking the polders and listening to the silence or to the murmur of the sea.
